HOW CAN WE INTERVENE IN INSOMNIA?

NeuroImprove distinguishes itself from other psychological practices through its rigorous approach to challenges and obstacles in all areas and contexts of life. Our process is meticulous and tailored to the individual needs of each client. Here’s how:

At the NeuroImprove Clinic, we start by evaluating the brain's activity level and collecting all relevant information about the factors causing disturbances in sleep patterns. The combination of this data will allow us to establish an individualized, natural, and effective treatment protocol to achieve the best possible results.

Since the ability to fall asleep and remain in deep sleep is the responsibility of certain areas of the brain, Neurofeedback therapy will specifically stimulate these areas, enabling the creation of healthier activity patterns, both in active and restful situations. In turn, with Cognitive-Behavioral Psychology sessions, when  formulating the therapeutic goals for each case, we include the review of lifestyle, maladaptive habits, sleep hygiene, and promote emotional regulation.
