The first step is performing a Quantitative Electroencephalogram, which allows us to understand the client's brain activity and functioning.
We use reliable psychological assessment methods to gain a deep understanding of the client's history and current mental state.
Based on the assessment, we create a clinical formulation of the difficulties, which is then discussed with the client. Together, we define therapeutic goals aligned with their unique needs.
We establish a multidisciplinary treatment plan that combines Neurofeedback and Psychology, applying a series of scientifically validated strategies and techniques, such as psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, and reinforcement plans, to ensure comprehensive and lasting mental recovery.
To maximize the effectiveness of the treatment, we involve not only the individual but also the family and, in the case of children, the school and other healthcare professionals who may be involved.
This integrated approach allows us to offer more complete and effective treatment, thoughtfully adapted to the complexity of each clinical case.
Neurofeedback has been a very enlightening and structuring experience.
I particularly liked the technical staff that makes up the team, with their kindness, calmness, and availability, all without exception.
Another characteristic that also helped me a lot was the professionalism of the team, from punctuality in the sessions to their availability to reschedule when requested.
I highly recommend the therapeutic experience that NeuroImprove offers for a very reasonable price or investment.
I feel calmer, more confident, more emotionally balanced because I have learned self-control strategies for my mental/emotional space that give me a perception of greater control over the surrounding environment. I feel more resourceful to face adversity. Thus, I am moving from the orange zones to the green zone within the depression zone. When I arrived here, I was clearly in the red zone (feeling powerless and in need of comfort and solutions since the dysfunction symptoms were very disabling, and inner resources were unavailable). I would only make a suggestion regarding the soundproofing of the rooms to enable better concentration during therapies.
Overall, it was an experience that was very worthwhile for the real possibility of greater self-control perception. Now I have more resources.
Best regards and happiness,

My daughter, Sofia, is 17 years old and has attention deficit. She has always studied hard, growing up with the frustration of never being able to achieve grades like her classmates despite working so hard.
She has always been labeled as a weak student. It hasn't been easy for her, and even today, she doesn't fully believe in herself. Over the years, she has undergone many therapies, even wearing glasses with prism lenses... and for the first time in Sofia's life, things started to change, and she had many sessions, but it was worth it. Sofia is starting to see results. In Portuguese language, Sofia was a student with a grade of 10 and went up to 15 in the second period. Sofia can now concentrate for longer periods while studying and achieve results. Tests were terrible for her; she couldn't focus for the entire 45 minutes, and the results were terrible.
Today, everything is changing. She is gaining confidence in herself, she believes in herself (because she is starting to see results), and I am sure she will become a confident young woman (which she wasn't at all).
A big thank you to the entire team that was with her, and also to the fantastic work of the psychologist.
It was really worth it.
