- Verify client data.
- Process payments and manage billing.
- Handle phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage the agenda.
Requisitos:
- Experience in reception and/or in-person customer service.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills with different target audiences, especially children.
