Our experience at "NeuroImprove" is very positive... Positive because it consolidated the belief that "change is possible"! Positive because it makes us believe that effort, persistence, and perseverance are worthwhile and bear good fruit! Positive because it makes us feel supported at every stage of our child's (9 years old) treatment, whose separation anxiety and fear of failure dominated his days.
Today, we leave here convinced that it is possible to consolidate positive thoughts, boost a child's self-esteem, and make them stronger in the face of adversity through cognitive-behavioral therapy. This therapy was wonderfully used by Dr. Rossana, a dedicated and, above all, very competent professional.
Gratitude is the keyword at the end of this journey! For everything she achieved with our son but, above all, in us as parents!
We leave strengthened as a FAMILY and this is also due to the excellent work of including parents in consultations and not just the child!

My daughter, Sofia, is 17 years old and has attention deficit. She has always studied hard, growing up with the frustration of never being able to achieve grades like her classmates despite working so hard. She has always been labeled as a weak student. It hasn't been easy for her, and even today, she doesn't fully believe in herself.
Over the years, she has undergone many therapies, even wearing glasses with prism lenses... and for the first time in Sofia's life, things started to change, and she had many sessions, but it was worth it. Sofia is starting to see results. In Portuguese language, Sofia was a student with a grade of 10 and went up to 15 in the second period. Sofia can now concentrate for longer periods while studying and achieve results. Tests were terrible for her; she couldn't focus for the entire 45 minutes, and the results were terrible.
Today, everything is changing. She is gaining confidence in herself, she believes in herself (because she is starting to see results), and I am sure she will become a confident young woman (which she wasn't at all).
A big thank you to the entire team that was with her, and also to the fantastic work of the psychologist.
It was really worth it.

My son Rodrigo was a child who had trouble concentrating. He was a child who, when we talked to him, couldn't sit still, very restless. He started treatment here at this clinic in July 2017 and was taking Rubifen 10 mg, twice a day.
Since he started treatment, he hasn't taken any medication, and today he's a more focused child, he can sit still and listen to people. He can pay more attention in school now.
